Recruitment and HR Manager

Leading Recruitment and Onboarding

• Leading the recruitment and onboarding process including liaising with hiring managers to define roles, designing role specific recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates

• Reviewing current practises and putting forward recommendations for improvements

• Maintaining filing and data systems and upholding retention policies

• Using social media channels to promote the employer brand and advertise opportunities

• Supporting global mobility and secondment programmes across the Catella network

• Creating internship and work experience programmes aligned to business needs

• Where required, identifying preferred recruitment partners and negotiating fees/terms

• Assessing and championing diversity and inclusion recruitment practises

• Leading the employee onboarding, induction, and new starter training process

• Maintaining market benchmarking to help design pay scales and renumeration packages

• Performing reference checks and issuing employment offers and contracts

HR Support

• Providing HR support to the Catella APAM Group subsidiaries including the Irish office

• Assisting with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests

• Maintaining employee records in line with our GDPR policies

• Assisting with the coordination of our annual SEED programme (Skills Enhancement and Employee Development)

• Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining agendas and reminders

• Coordinating training sessions, collecting feedback and employee training requests

• Assisting with the production of HR KPI reporting

• Assisting with the monthly payroll and overseeing the management of our self-service people platform

• Working closely with the Operations Management team to ensure a link between Office Management, Communications and Operations.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practises

• Reviewing current policies and process - Putting forward recommendations and ideas for streamlining processes and practises to ensure efficient people practises and continual development
